Лицензионное соглашение

Этот пакет содержит дополнение, разработанное для Microsoft Train Simulator (далее "дополнение").

Также это соглашение - контракт (договор) между конечным пользователем (конечный пользователь - это любой 
человек или люди, кто использует данное "дополнение") далее - ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЬ, администратором 
http://www.trainsim.ru, далее - АДМИНИСТРАТОР, и автором (автор - это человек или группа людей принимавших 
участие в создании данного "дополнения"), далее - АВТОР.

Это "дополнение" - свободно распространяемое программное обеспечение. Оно предоставляется "как есть", без 
каких-либо гарантий. Вы можете использовать это "дополнение", ТОЛЬКО ЕСЛИ Вы соглашаетесь со следующими условиями:

1. АВТОР(Ы) не будут отвечать ни за какие потери или искажения данных, любую упущенную выгоду в процессе 
использования или неправильного использования этого "дополнения", даже если АВТОР(Ы) сообщали относительно 
возможности таких убытков.

2. ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЬ ни в коем случае не будет использовать это "дополнение" для прямой финансовой выгоды без 
письменного разрешения АДМИНИСТРАТОРА(ОВ) и АВТОРА(ОВ).

3. ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЬ понимает, что это "дополнение" - авторская (c) работа команды TrainSim.Ru, и дополнение(я), 
полностью или частично, не могут быть использованы или включены во что-либо без письменного разрешения 
АДМИНИСТРАТОРА(ОВ) и АВТОР(ОВ).

4. Это "дополнение" предназначено только для личного использования ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЕМ, и не может быть продано или 
распространено каким-либо путём, в том числе в виде приложения к журналу, размещено на сайте без письменного 
разрешения АДМИНИСТРАТОРА(ОВ) и АВТОР(ОВ).

5. Если по какой-либо причине ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЬ не согласен с какой-либо частью этого лицензионного соглашения, ему 
необходимо удалить файлы этого "дополнения" с устройств хранения информации: жестких дисков, 
компакт-дисков и/или других устройств, не указанных здесь, и прекратить использование этого "дополнения".

This package contains a Microsoft Train Simulator Add-on (later referred to as "add-on").

This agreement is a binding contract between the end-user, including but not limited to: end-users or any other 
person or persons who use(s) the "add-on", later referred to as USER, administrators of http://www.trainsim.ru/, 
later referred to as ADMINISTRATORS and developers, including, but not limited to any respective authors, 
directors or agents, later referred to as AUTHORS.

This "add-on" is distributed as Freeware. It is provided "AS-IS" without any express or implied warranty. The 
USER may use this "add-on" ONLY if the USER agrees to the following conditions:

1. In no event shall AUTHORS and/or ADMINISTRATORS of this "add-on" be liable for any damages whatsoever arising 
out of the use of, or inability to use this "add-on", even if the AUTHORS and/or ADMINISTRATORS have advised of 
the possibility of such damages.

2. Under no circumstances, shall the USER use this "add-on" for direct or indirect financial gain without the 
written permission of the AUTHORS and ADMINISTRATORS.

3. The USER understands that this "add-on" is a copyrighted (c) work of TrainSim.Ru Team. The add-on, may not be 
used distributed in any way shape or form or included in anything else, in whole or in part, without the written 
permission of ADMINISTRATORS and AUTHORS.

4. Should the USER chose to not to agree by any reason, the USER must delete any and all files of the "add-on" 
from the USER's storage media, including, but not limited to: Any hard disks, cd-rom disks, and/or other media 
not mentioned here.

5. This "add-on" is for the USER's personal use only, and may not be sold or distributed in any way, shape or 
form, or posted at any website without the AUTHOR's permission.

6. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Russian text of the license agreement shall prevail over any 
translation, which may be prepared, or in the event there is any inconsistency between the Russian text and any 
translation.
